Bat Walks!

We live in a special area of conservation for bats and our popular Bat Walks are returning this year.

Join local Bat enthusiast Amanda, a member of The Bat Conservation Trust for a walk around Owley Woods. Using Bat detectors to identify the different types of Bats and including a visit to our own Lesser Horseshoe Bat Roost to watch them leave at dusk.

The walk lasts approx. 1 hour and we ask for a donation for The Bat Conservation Trust of £5 per person – payable on the evening.

The route is uneven so please wear sensible shoes and a torch may be needed.
